Which URL will my customers see as referrer when they will receive the traffic? |

Absolutely NOT, we use two different domain names. We use the first stats site to collect the visits from our publishers websites and the second one used to provide unbranded stats to your customers is not published anywhere, even on our website! So your customers can securely check their stats without finding the source of the traffic and the stats site even if they Google the name of the stats site. |

Can I ask for a refund if I am not satisfied by the traffic I receive? |

Yes, as a reseller you have 5 days to request a refund if you or your customers are not satisfied with the traffic delivered.. It's rarely the case but we prefer to offer this option to our resellers since we don't want to hold your payment if you are not happy with the traffic. The refund will be issued for the unused traffic only. There are no cancellation fees or hidden costs.

What if my customers ask for additional traffic because his stats do not report 100% of the traffic? |

We fully support our resellers and do not want them to spend additional money to add bonus traffic to their customers traffic campaigns. When a reseller needs help, we always add the missing amount reported by the customer for free to keep your customers happy and to avoid refunds or chargebacks. Please note that if a reseller is repeatedly asking for bonus traffic which exceeds 15%, we may consider to stop our efforts but this never happened so far. |

I experience a lot of problems with Google analytic with my current provider, what about IFrames.us?

Unfortunately, Google Analytic is a chronic problem. They don't track guaranteed visitors properly or there is 20-30% difference. We do our best to add bonus traffic to customers who complain with Google Analytic but we can't double a campaign amount permanently. So please inform your customers that you may ask them to add a second counter provider to confirm the stats. Extreme tracker and statscounter.com are good samples of legit counter providers which properly report the traffic we serve. |

Is it LEGAL to sell IFrame traffic?

Yes, we don't use adwares. Our publishers put the code on their own websites and they are paid for this service. In return we must keep our traffic network safe and free of trojans and frame breakers. For a list of non authorized materials, please check the list below.
